About product

The mobile app produced for Sogaz Insurance Company’s clients allows customers to buy insurance products online and add them to their personal user accounts. This makes it easier to schedule doctor appointments in participating medical clinics under the VMI program. Using the app, you can gain information about your policy and report insured events.

The solution is implemented on the iOS and Android platforms.

What was the task

Our team won a tender and signed a contract with Sogaz Insurance for technical support and app improvement.

The client tasked us with refining the functionality (Analytics, UX/UI, etc.), testing the app, and fixing the bugs on it.

Solution

The application interfaces provide users with the necessary functionality to search for information about SOGAZ products, pay for insurance services, and interact with contact center specialists.

Later, we combined the functionality of the two SOGAZ applications and designed a single mobile service with a user’s digital medical card, telemedicine, online doctor’s appointment and other helpful features.

At the moment, we continue to support and develop the app’s functionality: for instance, online diagnostics for users’ comprehensive health check and for promoting the checkup service.
