Catholic app for kids
About product
To keep kids engaged, the app guides them through the entire Mass – from the priest’s homily to the communion. Various scenarios unfold during the tasks – this is how young users get involved in religious life and learn in an interactive way.
For example, you have to guide your character through the maze to the pew, substitute the missing words in a prayer fragment, press the bell when the bell sounds, answer the questions, etc.

What was the task
Catholic Church representatives from Los Angeles asked us to draw UX prototypes for an app that aims to attract and keep children’s attention during Mass through gamification.
Solution
We have worked out scenarios for multiple age groups: 0-5 years old, 6-9 years old, 10-14 years old, and 15+. The user receives bonuses for each completed mass, quests and additional tasks. You can track your progress and achievements in your profile, and you can improve avatars with bonuses.
The app’s stylistics is based on religious themes, the design is simple, colorful, with soft shades and easy-to-read graphics.
Results
As a result, apart from the prototypes, we developed the entire design of the app’s main flow, and the avatars as the saints’ faces were generated using the Stable Diffusion neural network.
