Sogaz – Health and Insurance

Since 2020, our team had been engaged in tech support of Sogaz mobile applications and simultaneously prepared the design along with technical specifications for the development of a new application. Then we began merging the functionality of Sogaz Insurance Company’s two mobile apps and developing a unified service on iOS and Android.

Our task was to reconsider the UX/UI design and create a new high-quality UX/UI design for the new app. We were also responsible for the analytical side and preparing the terms of reference.

• We developed the CJM for the main sections: “Authorization and registration on the user’s dashboard”, “My Health”, “My Data”, “Buy”, “Service Appeals”, and “More”. We created a UI-kit and designed the app’s screens.
• Then we prepared the detailed technical requirements to implement the declared functionality, as well as its integration with the backend.
• In 2022, we created a full-fledged user-friendly flow: all user data is now integrated, and health tests are linked to their consultations in their medical records. The flow of the doctor appointments has come a long way, as well as the events feed related to their policy.
• We implemented mapping and added the addresses and contacts of numerous clinics with icons for paid services.
• Our team designed an interface to survey users and promote the checkup service.
• The project launch deadlines were tight. Over the course of our work, we maintained close communication with the corresponding development teams and Sogaz Insurance Company’s experts.

The customer successfully launched the development of a new “SOGAZ – Health and Insurance” app based on our technical specifications and designed interface with comfortable navigation so that users could easily solve any questions related to insurance policies.

As of now, the product’s development is still ongoing. Our designers and analysts are working on improving the design and service in the app for the convenience of Sogaz Insurance’s clients.
