What was the task
In the outstaff department of an IT company, it was necessary to optimize the search for outstaff development requests. Previously, this work was carried out by two employees, manually reviewing hundreds of sources and filtering suitable vacancies. The monotonous work required high attentiveness and full engagement: all requests are different, they arrive every minute, and each must be considered individually.
Managers missed some requests and reacted too late on others, when the requests were already outdated. In addition, the company did not understand the market trends, that is, which specialists and in what numbers are in demand at the moment.
Solution
We completely eliminated manual data collection in the outstaff department and delegated this work to AI. The human was left only to make decisions.
We created a corporate account and, from it, developed a server solution based on AI. It instantly parses requests from relevant Telegram channels and structures them into a summary table. Then, managers can filter requests by job title, requirements, data source, and other parameters, and notifications about new requests are sent to a dedicated Telegram chat.
Such a tool dramatically sped up the department’s work, made it more transparent, and reduced the cost of this work for the company.
Results
- Productivity increased. The same amount of work now requires 4 times less time.
- Errors decreased. The number of missed requests and processing errors dropped by 1.5 times.
- Savings on payroll. Previously, two employees performed the work; now, one part-time employee is sufficient.
- The department functions better. Less routine, higher work efficiency.
