What was the task
We have developed a functional marketplace for tenants and landlords, where they can safely conclude a contract.
Results
The user selects a property according to various parameters (from location to the number of bedrooms), and the service shows suitable options.
The tenant can schedule a viewing of an apartment/house for a specific day and time or make a deal right in the app.
For reliability, the user signs a contract and fills in his profile at the stage of registration. On the basis of the data provided, the landlord makes a decision and confirms the deal with his signature.
Built-in scoring – credit check – protects the landlord from unscrupulous tenants.
